While it’s always a good idea to track your food, with the new year there is always an uptick of interest in health & fitness. Hmmm….I wonder why. (yes, I was joking). That brings us to… free printable food journals. Below are 3 different designs for weekly food journals.
Update: These are an older design. If you like them, great! However, if you’re looking for something else, please check my new “Free Printable Food Journal: 6 Different Designs” post. It includes 2 of the journals below, but they are updated and better.
Instructions:
• Print options: regular paper works, but I suggest card stock or glossy photo paper.
• All of the files are in pdf below. Or click on the image. It will open in a new window and you can either print directly or save to computer.
• The default size of these is full-page. However, if you want smaller, simply reduce the print size!
If you’re looking on how to resize printables, check out my post: “How to Resize Printables to Fit Your Planner.”
There are a ton more free printables wandering around the site. Check out the “Printables” page or the sub-pages, including an entire page dedicated to “Food Tracking, Motivation, & Fitness.”
This is probably my favorite of the three. I love color. It has a spot for stats. It also has space for a “quote of the week.” I usually try to pick something motivational. It also has spots to track water and exercise!
A slightly more traditional format. Still has extra space for your own personal notes!
Simple, colorful.
