When getting ready to travel, there is enough to do without trying to remember everything you need to pack. That’s why I developed with vacation packing list and vacation clothing planner. Each time we get ready to travel, I just print the list, cross-off what I don’t need, and pack what I need.
Dear readers, if you find anything missing that you take on vacation, please let me know, I will update and make a better, new improved list for the future.
Due to reader request, I also made another post that includes day & night clothing planning options: “Free Printable Vacation Clothing Planner & Packing List”.
I also have free travel packing list for babies, travel packing list for toddlers, and a travel packing list for school age children. (P.S. If you’re getting ready to travel with children, check out my Free Printable Travel Scavenger Hunts.)

If you love to be organized,
Portable Travel Toiletry & Cosmetic Case– I love this for a couple of reasons. One: I can just hang it up (it has a hook). Two: it has plenty of spots for storing every little thing I need.
Travel Jewelry Organizer– Get tired of necklace chains getting tangled? This is the solution.
Travel Jewelry Organizer– Love this concept! No more searching for electronic stuff!
Instructions
This free printable is 3 pages: each page has 5 days for outfit planning down the left column. In addition, the right column has:
First page: a clothing and accessory list.
Second page: electronics, documents/finances, and travel accessories.
Third page: toiletries, beauty/make-up, and medical/health.
Please note, I have never brought every single item on this list on a vacation. I just cross out the ones I don’t need; most of the document/finance will only be needed with overseas trips, some of the travel accessories are more useful if you’re flying, most men will not use the make-up stuff, etc. This is an overly-exhaustive list.
• Print options: regular paper works, but you can also use card stock if you want it to be studier.
• While the images are separate, it is one pdf file. Click the word ‘download’ next to the file name.
• The default size of these is full-page. However, if you want smaller, simply reduce the print size. If you’re looking on how to resize printables, check out my post: “How to Resize Printables to Fit Your Planner.”
p.s. I have the old version at the very bottom if you like the older design. For those, each page is a separate file.
Vacation packing List
All three pages have a 5-day clothing planner. All three pages are in one file below.
