I can’t believe it. I’m sitting here in semi-shock. It’s almost 2020. It seems like yesterday I was in bootcamp at the tender age of 17. Now I’m pushing 37. Well, I love my job. And part of that is making free printables for you! Below are the 2020 quarterly calendars.
There are three designs for you. One is a bright and floral design. Another is a more elegant rose and gray. And my absolute favorite- the holiday themed ones! These are the ones I use in my planner.
Instructions:
• Print options: regular paper works just fine!
• All of the files are in pdf below. Just click on the black “download” button.
• The default size of these is full-page. However, if you want smaller, simply reduce the print size! If you’re not sure on how much to reduce, check out my post “How to Resize Printables to Fit Your Planner.”
If you’re looking for more calendars, please check out the page dedicated to Calendars. Or:

If you’re anything like me, you LOVE your planner. You use it all the time to keep organized. If you lost your planner, you wouldn’t even know where to start re-organizing. I use a 3-ring binder for my planner since it not only includes my life stuff, but a bunch of my blogging business stuff.
But most people have a more traditional planner. Planners to check out:
• Erin Condren. She has hundreds of different planners and they’re all fabulous. The Life Planner is the most popular (and got rave reviews by Good Housekeeping).
• Best Self. I actually had one of these and incorporated part of their system into my own printables that I make for goal-setting. This is a fabulous planner that helps keep you focused and on track. It also helps you set goals and take steps to achieve them.
• Bloom Daily Planners– these are very cute and popular. I like this planner because it has monthly tabs so it’s easy to flip to the area you want.
Planner Accessories
What is a planner without some fabulous accessories? Most often used accesories:
• Pretty flags (I use this to tag important pages so I’m not shuffling through a hundred pages finding the one that I want).
• Stickers (instead of having to write “recycle” or “pay bills” every week/month on the planner, why not get stickers? Plus they’re cute. Yes, I get satisfaction out of making my planner pretty.
• If you want more options, you have to check out Etsy planner stickers. There are THOUSANDS of options.

I hope you enjoy these free printable 2020 quarterly calendars.
Wishing you the happiest 2020!
Comment below with what is your favorite design. I’m thinking about cutting down to just 2 designs for 2021…but I’m not sure which one to cut.

My favorites are the holiday themed and the bright floral pattern. Could you please make the first quarter of 2021 for use as a future log.
Jennie says
Thanks for the feedback! If I get more who say that, I might just drop the “elegant gray and rose” pattern. Sorry, I don’t put out the next year’s calendars until about August. So in August 2020, I’ll be releasing 2021. (Wow! Those sound like sci-fi years when I put it like that…can you believe it’s almost 2020?)

Just wanted to check in on 2021 calendars – I’ve been loving the gray and rose pattern; it’s beautiful with my office decor!
Jennie says
Working on them right now. They’ll be posted later today (the 9th) or early tomorrow (the 10th).
And next year I’m going to have them out in August-September when they’re supposed to be released.
Jane says
Don’t ever stop making your beautiful calendars available. I print them out yearly and being an older individual, I use them as “health” calendars so when the dr. asks when symptoms began, all I have to do is look at the calendar & notes written. Thank you so much.
Jennie says
I’m so glad you’re finding the calendars helpful! No, I won’t quit making them. They’re so popular and I get so many happy responses. Thanks for commenting.
Imani-Amour says
I just wanted to personally thank you for making these and I hope you don’t remove any of the patterns for 2021 because they’re all so BEAUTIFUL!
Jennie says
I actually have had feedback that everyone likes a different one. So I’lll probably keep making all 3 designs. Thanks for your feedback and for taking the time to comment.
Alecia says
Please keep the holiday ones!!! The best!
Jennie says
Thank you for replying! Yep, the holiday ones are the ones I use in my own personal planner…definitely my favorite.

I just found your 2020 quarterly calendars.
I LOVE them!!! I have searched for a quarterly 2021 like yours and I haven’t found any that are exactly like yours. They are perfect! I don’t want to settle for a lesser option. Will you be offering those for 2021?
Jennie says
Yes, I will. Normally I release them in August. But I’m running so behind. Bimonthly will be released this week. The quarterly next week.
AnnMarie Stewart says
Thank you!
I’m looking forward to seeing them!
