I tried a low-carb diet awhile ago. And tested out app after app after app. They were glitchy or didn’t track net carbs (I was doing keto at the time) or were cost-prohibitive. So I did a Google search for a printable one that I could write on. And got zero results for a free low-carb meal tracker printable. Zero results! I didn’t even know that could happen with Google.
Oh, there were plenty of results of paid products. And more apps. And diet products. But not a single free printable.
Well, that problem is solved now. I have multiple trackers below. Some are keto meal tracker printables. Others are low-carb meal tracker printables. There is a vertical and horizontal version of each tracker.
