These Thanksgiving conversation starters have a variety of questions available- it’s not just the usual “what are you grateful for?” questions. There are funny hypotheticals, memories, Thanksgiving traditions, goals, memories, etc.

• Would you rather have a pet dinosaur or a pet dragon?

• If you had to be trapped in a TV show for a month, which show would it be?

• If aliens landed, who would you choose to represent Planet Earth?

• If you could talk to one person from history, who would it be?

• If you could have personally witnessed one event in history, what would it be?

• What pizza topping do you love that most people hate?

• What is the most important thing you’ve learned this year?

• What is one goal you have for the next year?

Instructions for Printing

• Print options: regular paper works, but I suggest card stock or glossy photo paper. They look particularly fantastic on the photo paper. Just make sure to let them dry completely before cutting.

• Both files are in pdf below. There is one file for 30 Thanksgiving questions. There is another file for the blank cards. Just hit the “download” button (or pink word “download,” depending upon browser).

• The default size of these is full-page per 6 cards. However, if you want smaller, simply reduce the print size.

There are 30 questions below spread across 5 pages- 6 cards to a page. I’ve included images of all 5 pages below. The file to download all 30 cards is below the images.

Questions vary from traditional gratitude questions (such as “Tell us a memory you are thankful for.”) to hypotheticals (such as “If you could have any job in the world, what would it be?”) to funny (such as “Would you rather have a pet dragon or pet dinosaur?”.)
