Do you ever have trouble finding motivation? I know I do. I feel like there are a million things on my to-do list. It’s often so overwhelming I don’t want to start on anything. But I discovered that sometimes just looking at a motivational quote (especially on a pretty paper) gave me just the lift I needed.
With this in mind, I picked some of my favorite motivational quotes and made posters out of them. I print them out on a standard sheet of paper…then slip them in the front of my 3-ring binder planner. Somehow, just reading the words “Success if the sum of small efforts repeated day and night” makes it easier to do the next small thing on my list.
Another way to keep motivation? My habit tracker. It’s a month at a glance with lines for a ton of things. My top three listings are calories, exercise, and website work.
Below that are household, cleaning, etc. Note: some things I only do 5 or 10 times a month. My goal is to just get those 5 checkmarks for working on my family history.
My last way to keep motivated? My resolution tracker. A year at a glance. The only thing I track on here is calories and working out. Because those two things are a foundation for healthy living that helps everything else.
Instructions:
• Print options: regular paper works, but I suggest card stock or glossy photo paper. I use regular paper for sticking in the front of my planner. But on glossy paper and framed, they look fabulous hanging on the wall, especially in your work space!
• All of the files are in pdf below. Or click on the image. It will open in a new window and you can either print directly or save to computer.
• The default size of these is full-page. However, if you want smaller, simply reduce the print size. If you’re looking on how to resize printables, check out my post: “How to Resize Printables to Fit Your Planner.“

Binders- I use these binders for everything! My cookbook is in one. My schedule for my blog planner is in another. Check them out here: 2″ Staples Better Binders.
Pens- These are my favorite pens in the world. And last time I looked at Wal-Mart, I couldn’t find them anymore. Luckily, Amazon to the rescue! Zebra ball point pens.
3-hole punch– I’ve had some flimsy ones in the past that were a pain. This one is great. It’s sturdy, slide works perfectly, and you can punch a ton of sheets at the same time. Swingline 40-Sheet 3-Hole Punch.
Paper cutter– I cut a lot of paper. I trim some for the binder, I make favor tags and free gift certificates for the holidays, etc. Swingline Paper Cutter.
