Free Printable First Day of School Signs. 5 designs: choose from colored, chalkboard, and crayon. Customize or use pre-designed signs.
I have a slight problem. I’ve had reader requests for free printable back to school 1st day signs. The problem? I don’t have any cute children to hold the signs for pictures? Despite that hardship (and sadness…we’ve been trying for over 2 years), I went ahead and designed the signs.
There are five different designs below. One design is pre-filled with what year it is they’re starting. The other four designs allows for customizing information.
Instructions:
• Print options: regular paper works, but I suggest card stock or glossy photo paper. Be careful with writing on glossy photo paper, it’s easy to smear.
• All of the files are in pdf below. Just hit the “download” button (or pink word “download,” depending upon browser).
• The default size of these is full-page.

This is my second most favorite out of all of the free printable back to school signs! I love the crayons along the bottom. And the simpler design.
