I’m going to confess. I had a sales launch semi-flop (at least so far…it’s still ongoing.). I mean, I sold some…just not the number I was expecting. And not the percentage that the sales guru say you’re supposed to sell.

And I have no idea why.

Customers said they wanted this product. (Though I’m beginning to learn that what they say they want and what they buy are often two very different things.)

I worked hard on the product and think it’s fabulous.

I actually took a copywriting course and feel confident about my presentation of the product.

It’s a normal price. It’s not like I’m suddenly charging 2 or 3 times what I normally charge.

Needless to say, I’m having a bad week. There’s nothing quite as depressing as working your butt off at something just to fall flat on your face.

So this week, I’ve been clinging to a Thomas Edison quote: “The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.” So here I am, posting more printables and working on my website. And planning on my next product for my store.
