If needed, heat candy melts until melted again.
Spread a small amount of melted chocolate on back of top half of Nutter Butter cookie (eyes and beak on front; this chocolate will be on back). Gently press the Nutter Butter cookie onto the prepared Fudge Stripe cookies underneath the feathers. Allow to set.
Using red cookie icing, dab a small amount next to each beak and a bit below to make turkey wattle.
Notes
-When heating candy melts, the bowl should never be too hot to touch with bare hands. If it warms too much, allow it to cool slightly and stir candy melts before next heating cycle.
