Mise en place. Set out cream cheese to soften to room temperature. Chop vegetables and set aside.
Mix refried beans and chopped green chilis. Spread over bottom of 9" x 13" glass dish.
Whip cream cheese until soft. Mix in sour cream and taco seasoning. Whip until well mixed. Spread over top of refried beans.
Pour salsa over top of cream cheese/sour cream mix and spread evenly.
Sprinkle lettuce and tomato over salsa.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Sprinkle green onions and black olives (optional) over top of cheese.
Serve with Tostio chips.
Notes
You can make this in advance and refrigerate until needed, but no longer than 3-4 hours. After that lettuce might wilt and some moisture will start to pool in bottom of dish.
