Spread approximately 1 Tbsp. of peanut butter on a Townhouse cracker, spreading evenly. Top with another cracker. Press together very gently, using finger to wipe off any excess peanut butter that presses out. Set aside.
Repeat with remaining crackers until you have 20 "undressed" mummies.
Melt approximately 4 cups of white Wilton candy melts in microwave for 30 seconds at 50% power. Stir (even if nothing is melted). Heat for another 30 seconds at 50% power. Stir. Repeat until chocolate is melted and smooth.
Carefully dip "undressed" mummy in melted chocolate. Lay on parchment paper. Quickly add two eyes while chocolate is still wet. Repeat with remaining mummies. Allow to dry completely.
Place remaining white chocolate in a melting bag. Melt according to directions on bag.* Cut the end off the bag to allow for drizzling.
Drizzle back and forth across the dried mummies to make the wrappings. Allow to set.
Carefully lift each dried mummy. Break off any excess chocolate that is remaining around the edges (it should break off easily). Serve.
Notes
Wilton makes special bags that you can melt the chocolate directly in the bag. Usually melt for 30 seconds at 50% power. Use your fingers to mix up the chocolate in the bag. Repeat the heating cycles until the chocolate is melted. If you can't find the bags, use regular decorating bags, simply melting the chocolate separately and then adding to bag.
